Scott Moore is President of Sportsnet & NHL. He leads these two priority sports portfolios, leveraging the company's cable, wireless and suite of media assets to deliver world-class hockey and sports experiences to fans across the country.
Moore has more than 20 years of experience in the sports television industry. He is a veteran of eight Olympic Games, five network launches, and hundreds of major sports broadcasts as a producer, including the NHL and Stanley Cup Final, Junior Hockey and Memorial Cup, and Canada Cup.
Previously, Moore was President of Broadcast at Rogers Media, overseeing programming, production, regulatory, engineering and distribution of the company's TV and radio assets. Moore currently serves on the Rogers Media Senior Leadership Team. Prior to joining Rogers Media in 2010, Moore was Executive Director of CBC Sports and General Manager of CBC's Media Sales & Marketing department. He also served as Vice President of CTV Sportsnet (now Sportsnet) from 1998 to 2003, and oversaw production and technical elements of its successful launch.
