Rise of the Alpha Omega Leader - JP Morgan

03042017 Rise Alpha Omega

Our evolution is accelerating. Technology, medicine, climate, economics, politics and religion - all changing rapidly and causing disruption. While in ways the world is coming together, an underbelly of fear is also driving greater separation. How do we grow a successful business with such an uncertain future? How do we lead amongst so much change? How do we inspire those filled with fear? How do we stay 'alpha' - taking our people and our success forward - without resorting to dominance or authoritarianism?

In 2013 JP Morgan's leadership was the subject of a covert study at Cambridge University. Although the researchers gleaned insight into the impact of his leadership, they missed the deeper learning: How does one actually create a powerful way of leading today? For the past seven years, this question has been the central focus of JP's work in developing the leadership of entrepreneurs around the world. At this weeks METal, he will share a nuanced and integral way of leading that creates emergent change in organisational culture, generates results in pitching, sales and negotiating and even improves personal and intimate relationships.

JP Morgan has been invited to share his ideas at TEDx, BBC and many other recognized stages and networks. He speaks passionately and from personal experience, weaving together topics like leadership, human connection, globalization, nature, science and spirituality. Post his formal studies in Physics and Mathematics, JP founded a property development business in the northeast and then a web media company serving global non-profits.
