LEADERSHIP FOR THE NEW ECONOMY WITH DR. SABRINA KAY

Great leaders aren’t born, they’re made.

So what makes a great leader? Strong leaders have the power to engage others, motivate their team and make their passions ours. They are visionaries that inspire action to achieve the business mission. Strong leadership is vital to employee engagement and business success!

50% of people in the US alone left their last role to escape poor management. It’s clearly important to create strong leaders who engage. Business success depends on it! Developing your leadership skills has massive business & personal benefits.

The advantages range from boosting team members engagement, productivity and profits to lowering staff turnover. A whopping 91% of employees feel motivated to do their best work when they have good leadership support.

So, how do we grow strong leaders? How do we harness Oprah’s power-to-inspire? How do we bottle some of Churchill’s gravitas.

How do we motivate people to dream as big as Elon Musk? At this COED METal we will discover that it takes to find that leader in ourselves.

This METal Special Guest Speaker is Dr. Sabrina Kay, Chancellor and CEO of Fremont College and Fremont Private Investments, has a diverse and award-winning entrepreneurial background. Currently, she owns an accredited private college, a commercial bank, an investment firm, and a fashion company.

She founded Art Institute of Hollywood, the nation’s first college teaching fashion CAD/CAM, and Fashion Umbrella, a holding company to manage and mentor young Los Angeles fashion designers to international markets. She sold her first business to a publicly traded company, EDMC, which was eventually sold to Goldman Sachs and she retired in her 30s.

Dr. Kay then became a philanthropist, served on more than 30 charitable and civic boards, taught at the University of Pennsylvania, USC, and UCLA, all while earning four graduate degrees at Ivy League universities.
